Explaining the Dimensions and Consequences of Geography-Political Execution of Health Promotion Plan in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad Province

  Introduction: The purpose of this study is to explain the dimensions and implications of the political geography of the implementation of the Health System Development Plan in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province. Methods: The research method was a survey and data gathering tool was a structured questionnaire. Sample size was determined by the modified Cochran formula (400). The research data were collected through Stratified Random Sampling. To test the hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used Smart PLS Software. Results: The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between political interventions, modeling, lack of access to health care services, lack of access to health care services, policies of the Ministry of Health, and the implementation of health promotion plan in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province. Conclusion: The results of this study Identifying and Understanding Problems and Opportunities, a small step to provide an appropriate framework for monitoring and evaluating health promotion plans and appropriate approaches for policymakers and planners in different stages of the Health System Development Plan.
